Diageo is a business that's crippled by indecision and ineffective leadership

Great brand portfolio, international opportunities, wide range of internal skill sets

Cons

Ineffective leadership who are disconnected from the business, culture of blame and fear not of teamwork and support, decisions take too long to make, can be unmade very quickly and are rarely cascaded properly throughout the business leading to confusion and frustration between departments.
