Great central London office , benefits and genuinely a lot of fantastic people!

Cons

Full benefits/package more competitive than base salary, strong ambition but due to lean teams not sustainable on an individual basis - constantly working beyond spec and for significant hours with no tangible actions for change

Lots of talented people and lots of great brands and resource, real hesitancy to do anything new and exciting though which holds Diageo back.

Cons

So risk averse that you frequently end up having meetings about feeding back on other meetings, about an email. Every relatively simple bit of work ended up involving nine internal people and six agency staff, and dragging out for months

Anything overdone is bad and at Diageo this was the case with its attitude towards change to org structure & strategy - as soon as something got implemented it was already up for another change.
