Difficult to progress professionally as it depends which team you are in, lack of transparency regarding internal team decisions, good candidates are often overlooked due to favoritism of hiring managers

Company pays 30%-40% lower than the market salary, they say there is a benchmark work behind, but finance guys know how statistics can be manipulated.. there isn't a proper tone from higher management. Management doesn't listen employees, internal survey results are misinterpreted.

Egos, favouritism, always trying to 'do more with less' - so people burning out everywhere. Very little scope for progression as structures are flat.
