Great company not in terms of internal prospects, but it will look great on your cv.

Cons

Possibly the worst onboarding i've ever endured. I think within a month or two i realised i wasn't going to last in the company.

HR is for namesake when manager has to screw your career they are a bunch of spineless folks in the name of HR with no real control.There is no diversity and inclusion in true sense as Hungary does have severe biasness against other regions however noone even bothers questioning,this has been observed over many many years.Remote control is in the hand of a bunch of fools who themselves are incapable to the core however love to show others mirror on their capability.
