Pros
Good, cool brands, great head office with bar on site. 3-5 years earlier and this review would be far more positive as the business has really changes its principals and values.
Cons
Too many gaps in the business, no real training plans and no emphasis on getting industry standard training. The review scheme is unfair and manipulated by management to meet averages. Too much based on who you know and not what you know. Wages are low and unless you join into middle management the HR teams will ensure you are not paid industry standards. No support from any HR teams in the GB business at all.
