Great brands and culture in certain offices. Free alcohol, happy hours in offices, bonus % are the highest in the industry (that i've seen)

Cons

Leadership needs to find a way to "sell more drinks" and stop tinkering with India and other emerging markets

Huge responsibility as a new graduate to the business, exciting and changing company to work for, amazing brands, great pay and great people. Also a pretty cool perk that David Beckham comes to visit your office!
