      Pros

      Great brands and lots of great people. Decent pay and perks. Was a great place to work for a long time.

      Cons

      Challenging industry, with a lack of growth. Senior management changing a lot makes continuity difficult. Culture becoming more about the individual.

      Pros

      Worked in a contract role and really enjoyed my time with Diageo. The team were lovely and there was good perks. Regular feedback from line manager was given etc.

      Cons

      Would have liked more social experiences to get to know rest of staff outside immediate team.
