      It obviously won't be everyone's experience but my own was horrid. I had the worst manager/human being that ever existed. He went out of his way to make mine and my team memeber's life a living hell. He's basically the only reason I left. Aside from him, I got s*xually harassed a bunch of times from colleagues I didn't directly work with. No real learnings. Only that I shouldn't work there if I care about my mental health. SO. MUCH. POLITICS. No concept of weekends or anything.
