Great swag and benefits. The add-on perks were fun and did, at times, help offset some of the cultural issues.

Cons

Complete opacity from higher management. Closed-door meetings cast continuous doubt over your future. Passing up of qualified employees in favor of inept, sometimes out-of-industry outside hires, limiting advancement. Fairly demoralizing.
