Great benefits, decent pay, excellent time-off policies for salaried staff.
Cons
Senior management at Diageo NA, especially for Human Resources, are extremely aggressive, suspicious, and difficult to work with. Generally speaking middle managers throughout the business are helpful, competent people, but many counterproductive decisions and frustrating policies are driven from higher levels where there is little or no recourse for the average employee. Opportunities for growth or promotion will be severely limited for anyone unwilling or unable to relocate for a new role.
