The people, BAP, bonus, ERGs, the 6 month maternity/paternity leave, opportunity to learn about different liquids and brands. A great place to learn fast for a couple years, however, keep the resume updated and ready to find a more sustainable job with a better work-life balance.

Cons

Observed constant turnover, constant management changes, favorites chosen, bullying, little work-life balance.
