Discount for booze, significantly above market pay, crazy insane benefits and expatriate benefits that never go away. Diageo would have expats in market for 10 years and pay private schooling and housing indefinitely.

Cons

Leadership that was self serving and political. Talking shop with bobbing wads and endless PowerPoint presentations. Complexity in decision making and very smart people that make the work of talking the work. Nothing gets done. SEC investigations were an annual affair.
