Pros

Great brands and heritage, some great people still left. Strategy is good, it's implementation is shaky.

Cons

No career progression in some departments; Mid management is doing what they want. Constant reorganizations. Diageo makes every effort to lay people off in the cheapest manner possible; Pay against the market, salary increases are often minimal. If there is no budget, performance review is in line with a budget.

Cons

Latin America HR team toxic, not a good culture or place to work. HR Business Partners do not support the needs of employees only of themselves. Employees unhappy with HR team but leadership overlooks this, truly a shame.
