Compensation and benefits very competitive. Variable compensation can be very good for FMCG companies in good years. Fantastic Industry to work for.

Cons

Work can be overloaded at times. Management can provide less feedback than desired. Feels disorganized at times. Knowledge sharing across business units is limited
