Great talent and people all around you. Great brands, highly profitable. Great business strategy. Compensation in general is competitive. Workplace is very good. Very good recognition scheme. Strong diversity networks. Very participative. Growing feedback and talent initiatives.

Cons

The company needs a more formal trainning, better academy site, less complexity without reducing employee participation.

fun products great brands flexibile work arrangements, abbreviated fridays; work from home when appropriate entreprenuerial enviroment for those that don't need much training or direction bright and energetic employees

Cons

routine and excessive re-orgs and layoffs consultants are embedded in the leadership priorities are unclear and change often values are written down but not practised
