Cons

Limited advancement opportunities. Environment consistently changes to the point to where change is truly the only constant. Leadership changes drive different agendas -- need better succession planning.

--Great values --"Relay" culture is family based and front line employees care about what they do

Cons

--Upper management is dishonest and only cares about their own advancement opportunities --Very little support for work life balance especially with Mothers --Union environment can be a bit tough

Pros

Diageo is the biggest company in the industry, and hires the best people. Benefits are strong, and work-life balance is not a just a punchline - it really exists! Depending on the department you work in, work can be quite horizontal, so you get a lot of exposure and experience even if you are lower in the hierarchy.

Cons

Advancement can be slow, and if you work outside of headquarters, it can be difficult to feel "connected" to the larger corporation. Supply side receives less attention than demand. Being driven by Sales means that other departments of the company do not receive as much attention, even if they are strategically important.
