Great products and good people to work with, but most recent boss was brutally clueless when it came to relationships.

Pros

The company has great products and generally the people there are fairly good to work with. The compensation is pretty good for the industry.

Cons

I had 2 excellent bosses but the 3rd was a complete disaster - he fulfilled almost every bad boss stereotype out there. HR is there for management and clearly not for lower-level employees.

two words which are bastradised in diageo india is leadership and strategy and both are missing big time HR dept. is non existant , they only work as hiriing managers/recruiters
