Gives great visibility unlike a traditional FMCG organisation since it's a small team and hence easy to leave a mark. The company is willing to bet on its people and gives them a lot of leeway to make decisions which wouldn't be traditionally given in a regular FMCG firm

Cons

- Poor employee retention strategy - Poor training - both on-the-job and otherwise - Lack of proper structures and SOPs
