Constantly changing - too fast sometimes even for middle management worklife balance hard to keep up usually due to work level career progression opportunities however it does involve alot of managing your own career and managing up

When you first join Diageo you get a lot of responsibility straight away and a good range of experience.

Cons

The internal structure is a bit of a mess, progression isn't as straight forward as it should be. Decision making can be drawn out and lead to delays in projects.
