Very invisible leadership; minimal town hall sessions; performance (success/failure) not cascaded to everyone and top management believes they can fix all issues themselves. Very slow in reacting to market forces and government regulations.

Your career and days at an office can depend great deal on your immediate manager. I changed department and could not believe that I am still working for the same company.
