Cons

Long time to implement changes due to the level of standardization achieved, this has an impact on the flexibility of the organization. Staff relocation easier from Europe/US to developed countries, tougher the other way.

great work atmosphere, great quality and dedication. a real thirst to play better than competition, true belief and pride in brands.

Cons

too much dealing and manoeuvring to steal each teams budget. Lack of clarity on the distribution side. Teams got completely demotivated by constant Eu driven restructuring.
