Blame-storming environment. Management talks a great game and does little Favoritism is prevalent Reorganization a every 18-24 months guaranteed...not the sign of a good management team Managers like to send e-mails on the weekends to fein that they are working (and you are not)

Decision making is long and tedious, career advance could be challenging due to process, but you are "good" if you know someone. Yearly company re-organization, has people wondering for their future constantly
