Pros

-Great company culture - friendly and collaborative. -Amazing office with gym, fantastic food, product shop etc. -Good work-life balance with opportunities to work fridays from home. -Young, energetic and inspiring people to work with. -More senior staff very happy to mentor and help junior staff. -Working with some of the world's most well known and loved consumer brands.

Cons

-London office slightly far out in Park Royal, but fine if you live in West London. -Pay is less than other similar firms.
