Good wages, benefit package, family oriented, safe working environment. Vision has changed many times but overall outlook is within reason. CEO is focused and leads well,

Cons

long hours, took advantage of my willingness to work long hours without appreciation, the harder working employees were given more work while the drifters stayed drifting, need a handle on elimination of non valued employees.
