Diageo's Group Treasury is an amazing, best performing, most trusted and respected team in the world. This is a large company, easy to move around. There is a lot of possibilities.

Cons

Bonus and other benefits are getting less, Not always avaliable a good work-life balance as in the other multis as well.

Lots of opportunities to work on new projects and gain new experiences and skills. Many talented dedicated employees. The company is truly dedicated to community work and services and making a positive impact and giving back.

Cons

Difficult to move within the company from department to department. The company struggles with it's culture and is inconsistent with how it demonstrates, implements and rewards it's core values.
