Alcohol allowance, company shares and cultural diversity and inclusion.

Cons

Leadership is plagued by nepotism and subpar individuals in market companies. Internal promotions rare, with most individuals having to apply for "the next step". Progression is plagued by "time served" in role, rather than by ability. Meritocracy does not exist at Diageo. Because company is FTSE 100 (10) company, they have very little appetite to fight for good employees who are wanting to leave (as they know they can replace individuals quickly) resulting in employee churn and a real risk to information retention.

Cons

There is no respect for good talent. People are elevated and promoted just on basis of good rapport. If you are in India then your growth is limited as most of leadership positions are given to people in UK even if they have no talent and experience in the team.

Salary, salary and only salary.

Cons

A lot of politics in the senior level and pushing favoritism to bright positions. Work burnout, no support, expected to work 24/7.
