      Friendly workplace, everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Learned a lot while working there.

      Cons

      Not much work for an intern, can get quite boring at times. That might be a pro depending on who you are though.

      Pros

      Great opportunity to move throughout the company. Advancement opportunities though you have to stay of top of management about your development. Able to move between all the offices throughout the US once you are a manager or above. Great Benefits (Pension, health etc.)

      Cons

      Constant Re-Orgs, which means layoffs, reshuffling of job duties, additional work and very hard to keep the same management up-line so having and keeping an advocate for your growth is difficult. Almost NO onboarding training. Training comes from your individual team...
