Career opportunities, great training, and lots of fun team-building activities meant a really good environment - felt like part of a high-functioning team.

Cons

I only left because I felt bad working within the alcohol industry - a very personal decision and no reflection on the company itself. There were lots of events where alcohol was available and consumption encouraged - almost too much for me which again is personal and others might love.

Cons

As with any big company, company politics can mean less autonomy for those not at the most snr levels... Big portfolio means if you are a smaller brand, not enough funds to grow... Slower to make decisions..
