Pros

Company is providing decent benefits and have nice "cheer-up" activities.

Cons

Promoted mid leaders are not up to the job, they look to be be cooking their own business and making lots of not essential extra hours for a lot of team members...

Huge gap between field sales and back office

Pros

If you are field sales rep, you will have great benefits such as tool car, fuel expense, sales allowance as well as competitive salary and sales incentive except you have nowhere to go but other Whisky makers after more than 5 years in the same position. It's not a bad choice if you wish regular retirement as a sales rep.

Cons

There are a lot of smart people in back office who try to deliver theoretical messages to field sales reps but they don't understand or won't accept it. So it is hard to make changes in way of sales.
