      Pros

      Excellent benefits and opportunities. People are passionate about what they do. Fabulous head office in London.

      Cons

      If you sit 'outside the box ' you won't get in or get on. They like conformity. Flexible in approach. Processes can be slow and cumbersome. Some moral issues

      Pros

      Fun, young, plenty of events with cocktail bars, nice facilities. Loads of vacation days, staff shop allowance etc.

      Cons

      Politics, bonus was related to performance review which was a joke and depended on if your manager (or often theirs) at the time liked you or not. Terrible pay for lower band levels and never received a decent raise in the 5 years I worked there.

      Pros

      Plenty of career development opportunities if you are globally mobile. Good working environment and high level of respect for the individual. Reasonable reward packages. Longer term employees pre 2005 have had the benefit of one of the best final salary pension schemes in the UK.

      Cons

      Company has been struggling to grow sales in the past two years and competition have made more progress than Diageo. Company has difficulty recruiting recently as not offering competitive reward packages any more. Many people are struggling with new company structure and not sure comapny have got this right so some frustration at present.
