Good benefits (cash bonus and health insurance primary), great culture, work environment and work flexibility to all employees are the best aspects.

Cons

Too many changes in a short time (process, people), young leadership with no clear long term strategy (perhaps a consequence of frequent executive board changes). A good company with no solid future plan; feels like we are always thinking that "now we're in the right direction", but we never navigate the plan.
