      Some great people, great global brands

      Cons

      Poor senior leadership, short sighted, don't practice culture being preached. Leadership and strategy sounds much better on paper and how it's presented but very weak when it comes to real practice.

      Diageo has a fantastic culture - people are passionate about what they do. Also, there is a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

      There is not a clear career path. Senior leadership lacked clear vision and ability to make decisions.

      great work balance, additional benefits, work environment is very good, responsable thinking for the category (alcohol) good marketing standards and great tools
