Commercial experience, good pay. Well rewarded for those who are high achievers. Willing to support ambitions people with global ambitions

Cons

The glass ceiling in finance is frustrating. You need to be globally mobile to offer up significant career progression opportunities. Finance are currently thin on the ground in terms of resource.

Fantastic brands to work on with lots of challenges to manage. Continually stretching high performers and recognizing them is a big plus.

Cons

Decision making is slow and sometimes short term oriented.

excellent benefits and lots of perks. Fun brands and they are by the book in many aspects, so if you like that, this is the company for you

Cons

could be very bureaucratic they hire the same people over and over again, in certain countries like Latin America they even have a racial profile. No personal life work balance. Your well being really depends on the manager you get
