      Pros

      Great brands, cool atmosphere, good pay, most people truly care about the company and work their hardest

      Cons

      Reorganization after reorganization. Management changes galore. Important to tow the party line and not ruffle anyones feathers as it may give off the wrong perception. People are afraid to give their opinions and are often held accountable for other peoples decisions.

      Good benefits, good salary, good products

      Cons

      Upper management was very stuck in their ways. Refused to look outside of the box and try something new. In addition, this company is very much a old boys network. Woman are not welcome, and upper management made sure I was aware of that. HR didn't care that my VP had been reported more than three times due to his mind set towards women, they continued to allow this person work in a roll he had no business working in. Not only was he sexist, but he didn't know what he was doing and his team turned over 2 times in one year. People don't quit companies, they quit leaders. Clearly the case with Diageo.
