      Pros

      Good brands to work with and clear policy oriented work culture. Pays good salary and at par with some of the best employers in Industry.

      Cons

      Hardly any learning. Invest very minutely on Human resource development. Irrelevant polices in place which work as hindrance to the working culture.

      Great benefits, bar in the building (not that I use it), opportunity for growth for "golden boys", product allowance

      Cons

      I used to be proud to work for Diageo. Now, after years of poor performance, I am not. We have sold off some great brands and employees are just waiting for the next layoff. IT is poorly managed as are numerous other functions. Would leave but unfortunately Diageo does pay well for Fairfield County, CT.
