Pros
1. You will learn a lot from A to Z (supply chain). 2. You can also work tightly with other departments with is a pro. 3. People and environment is great. 4. Products and values are launched and recognized with huge responsibility.
Cons
1. Normal benefits (medical insurance, 50% gym and a normal productivity bonus, some places have some discounts or reimbursement for liquor allowance, others don't). 2. Many business units are on migration process. 3. Salaries are low in some countries.
