Thank you for your review. We have a brilliant track record of delivering career progression for our colleagues and have a retention rate well into 70% across most of our departments which is almost double the industry average. We are always working on this and sad to see colleagues leave us but the door is always open with us having 35 returners YTD already.

Thank you for your review. We are always disappointed when we lose colleagues but do wish them well in finding their happiness elsewhere. We offer genuine career progression and know we can fast track colleagues who are ambitious.

Pros

Simple means to progression as a Sales/Lettings negotiator. Hit your targets and hammer your boss for progression and they'll promote you as it is a growing company and they like to hire from within. CRT comes with 0 training from anyone who knows what they're talking about. I learnt more about sales in 6 months of my new job then I did in 4 years in CRT. Take a CRT job if you really need one but don't stay there any longer than 1-2 years. You will get 0 benefit from this.

Cons

Employees in CRT are second class citizens and treated as an afterthought. An example of this is quarterly team nights out are often delayed until the following quarter as management don't care (i.e. Quarter 3 night out was delayed until 6th of December). There are worse infractions but I've already told those to management over the years and they didn't act on it. For comparison, my current employer books the quarterly nights out months in advance and 5 of the major points I was hammering Dexters to implement to improve the work and the work environment are in place in my current work space and it is a far superior experience with better results. Don't try to change Dexters. They aren't interested. The building is generally quite dirty with a constant wall of bogeys in the bathrooms. They will do everything they can not to promote you.
