Pros

I made lots of money, fast and consistently. The trade off is your time. Everyone I have worked with in the company has been ‘nice’ , which is nice. Amazing platform for character building and adulting. Work hard and honestly. Lots of career progression. Perfect to jumpstart someone’s career who may be stuck in life Pay is 100% on time every time on the 24th. I’d like to think the company had my back.

Cons

Long hours. Work life balance is bad. I have worked multiple 23rd of December till 3pm, most bank holidays, every other Saturday, starting at 8 and finishing at 8. Get a good pair of shoes as you will be kept on your toes. Staff turnover is always a challenge. Your life will revolve around break-clause’s - the aim is to get people to sign up for 2/3 year initial tenancies.

Pros

I worked at Dexters for 5 years and initially loved everything about it. I felt like a valued employee which was backed by their heavy investment into qualifications and promotions within.

Cons

The company is growing very quickly without consideration for the infrastructure in place to deal with it. Why acquire a new business every month if your support teams are losing 2-3 employees every month? The support teams are miserable, underpaid and under qualified which means that they truly don’t care enough to do a good job.
