One of the best companies I’ve worked with in a very long time. CRT gave me the opportunity to grow and progress in my career whilst still maintaining a good work/life balance. Very good way to get into the property industry as you will be dealing with all aspects of the property industry with help always on hand Initially joined CRT with the idea to leave and move on once I had gained some experience but the environment and progression has kept me in and I am now 2/3 years deep with a clear plan ahead of me for how I can progress further in the company

Cons

Nothing major comes to mind. Part of the pay is commission based so salary does fluctuate from month to month but if you are motivated it isn’t really an issue
