      Pros

      Can make money if you put all of your time into working. New CEO and Managing directors are really nice people but unfortunately middle management are not the same.

      Cons

      Favouritism in the workplace, means you're less likely to get promoted and make money if you aren't a favourite. Long hours expected of you for a minimal base salary. The senior manager talking down to you so often regularly have no qualifications also.
