      Pros

      Fun and friendly company to work for, They focus massively on coaching and your career progression. Everyone has a clear plan in terms of targets and career goals. They reward hard work and loyalty and you can earn a decent salary. The company is constantly growing which is why it is great to become part of its growth.

      Cons

      Wouldn't say there are many cons as I have personally worked for Dexters for 15 years.
