From my experience in the last 5 years, Dexters have been a truly wonderful company to work for. The management whom I have had the pleasure to work with take time to listen to you and take action if needed and because of this I feel that I'm a valued member of the team. The company itself offers progression in many roles and even the chance to take another career route if you're not happy in your current position, as the numbers grow with company size there is always room for opportunity.

The training at Dexters is first-class. They prioritise continual professional development, offer training and workshops to ensure everyone is up to date with the newest legilslations, best practices and to ensure we offer the best quality services to our clients and customers. They also offer great progression paths. I've learnt a lot of skills and I feel like a valued member of the team. The team are like a family and I thoroughly enjoy going into work every day.
