- I had minimal knowledge of the property world and within a few days of training I became confident on the phone and speaking with owners/landlords about their future plans. - Tremendous opportunities for growth. I decided to join Dexters Academy to enhance my skill set on customer service as my future goal is to be a manager within the company. - Dexters organize events and staff outings either as a whole company or within the offices. It is great working for a company that cares about staff well-being and values the importance of team bonding.

I got put into an amazing team of other PMs who worked well together, however this is office specific

Cons

High pressure job, customer facing so can experience some rude people. A lot of tasks to complete at once so can be overwhelming
