      Pros

      Amazing opportunity to grow your career, well supported and great salary packages. Colleagues are second to none, everyone has the same work ethic and the culture is something which excites me everyday when I come to work. The training programs and qualifications you can also achieve is something which is above all other estate agents out there.

      Cons

      Nothing, I wouldn't have stayed within the company collectively for 14 years if it was not a place that I enjoyed being part of and as my career grows
