Dexters is a fantastic place to work. I have been with the company for nearly 3 years and I couldn't be happier. After working for other estate agents I can 100% recommended the company and everything they have to offer. Including their - Culture, management style, commission structure and career opportunities.

Cons

Working weekends, but that's a given in the industry!
