      Don't go here for any "support" role

      Pros

      Some nice people who work there. But they're out of touch with general staff

      Cons

      You're treated poorly by middle managers who know next to nothing about the industry. The training is non-existent and aptitude is frowned upon. Attitude is all that matters i.e. do people like you, quality of work isn't considered at all. Pay isn't even competitive for property management, it's why the turnover is so high.
