      Pros

      The help and advice team (Hailey, Annabelle and Lily) are brilliant, they make you feel comfortable with any questions you may have, I personally suffer with some mental health issues and went to an induction that I wasn’t doing to well at. All three of them were very accommodating to the situation, listened and understood and gave great suggestions and help. They’re a real credit to Dexters and embody exactly what the kind of professionals you want in the company. Unlike other big companies, it’s a personal and individual care and you feel heard Thank all three of you for your incredible caring and kind nature.

      Can earn pretty good money early in your career if you just left school

      Cons

      Long hours and wasnt mich flexibility, not sure if things have changed now, overall pretty good employer- promote from within etc

      Thanks for you review and the door is always open to coming back to us. We do work long hours to represent our clients and customers but the management team do have options for flexibility so do get in touch if you would like to discuss this.
