It’s a very toxic work environment

Cons

If you don’t earn enough money that month they top up your pay to pay you minimum wage but then the next month you now owe them the amount they topped you up

I joined the company as a sales consultant and quickly realised this role was not for me thankfully the recruitment team enabled me to interview for different departments and find a role more suitable for me and I couldn’t be happier.

Cons

I wouldn’t say there are any cons but it can be a busy environment to work in.
