      Pros

      Dexters is an amazing training ground for those looking to start in the industry - with clear cut progression and the ability to work up the ranks quickly. I have been with the company for ten years and have had some great success in my time here. Hard work pays off and I would not hesitate to recommend the company to those wanting to succeed in the property world.

      Cons

      Long hours - although you would be surprised how fast the working day goes, As we are out and about meeting people, it does not feel that long.
