      Pros

      Having worked for the company for quiet a few years I am still surprised by the progression. I started not having a clue about property but was hungry to earn money and excel in a career. Dexters offers, amazing career progression if you work hard, a fun job with good learning, Good pay that has improved each year. shares within the business

      The hours can be long but the pay balances it out.
